Help Support Our Chapter

We believe that our shared history is a powerful tool for understanding the present and shaping our future.  Donations support our work to preserve the memories of patriot ancestors, their history, and our landmarks to define our heritage.

SAR is dedicated to promoting patriotism, preserving American history, and getting young people involved in activities the help them learn about America's heritage.

The Sons of the American Revolution (SAR) is registered with the IRS as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and the State of South Carolina as a Charity.  This means it can receive tax-deductible donations.  This status allows the SAR to raise funds through donations, which are tax-deductible for the donor, and operate without paying taxes on your donations.

Every gift makes a difference, a $10, $25, or $50 contribution helps us promote our Youth Programs, Public Service Programs, and chapter operations to foster community outreach efforts.
